Amanda was an awesome server and made sure my daughter enjoyed her bday dinner! She was accomodating, kind, and helpful. The food is always a treat though the lighting for our table was a little dim... albeit romantic. We have been here before and will return!

A Perfect First Melting Pot Experience 💕✨ What a wonderful first experience! From the moment we sat down, everything felt special. The cozy candlelight, rose petals, delicious fondue, and even the fun photo booth at the end made the evening feel like a complete experience rather than just dinner. The highlight of the night was Carsen. She was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to get to know us, made genuine conversation, and struck the perfect balance of being attentive without ever hovering. Her sweet, soft-spoken personality made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire evening. It's rare to find someone who can make you feel both cared for and completely at ease, but Carsen did exactly that. She helped make our night memorable, and her exceptional service was a huge part of why we enjoyed every moment. Thank you, Carsen, for your kindness and hospitality, and thank you to The Melting Pot for such a wonderful evening. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was romantic, the photo booth was the perfect ending, and the memories made will last far longer than the meal itself.

We had a great experience at The Melting Pot in Orlando. The food was delicious, and our server Erik made everything even better. He was super nice, walked us through all the different options, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.

Shepard was amazing as our server! It had been some time since we had dined at The Melting Pot.. His knowledge and recommendations of the menu were on point! Which made it an even more memorable experience, while celebrating my 50th Birthday with my Mom and Sister, my Brother in spirit, and (Thank you Rick for surprising me and flying them out on my work trip 🥹) my Dad looking down from Heaven 🙏 🪽 All of the staff exceeded the hospitality at this location, I could have not asked for anything more.. With Shepard’s amazing service and friendliness I’m certain he will go far!

The Melting Pot in Orlando absolutely earned this five‑star review! The quality of the meat was phenomenal—fresh, tender, and beautifully arranged with a presentation that instantly set the mood for an amazing meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, which took the whole experience up another level. The wine mushroom broth was delicious, but the real showstopper of the night was the chocolate fondue. Pure heaven. Cooking the meat in that rich, aromatic broth created layers of flavor that made every bite unforgettable. If you love great food, great service, and a truly memorable dining experience, this place is a must for adults and children.
